st John 4

Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but examine the spirits if they are out from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.

In this you know the Spirit of God; every spirit which confesses Jesus Christ come in the flesh is out from God.

And every spirit which does not confess Jesus is not out from God; and this is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard that it comes, and now is already in the world.

You are out from God, little children, and you have conquered them, because the One in you all is greater than the one in the world.

They are out from the world; on account of this they speak out from the world, and the world hears them.

We are out from God; the one knowing God hears us; whoever is not out from God does not hear us. Out from this we know the Spirit of truth and the spirit of error.

Beloved, let us love one another, because love is out from God, and every one loving has been begotten out from God and knows God.

The one not loving did not know God, because God is love.

In this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, in order that we might live through Him.

In this is love, not that we have loved God, but that He loved us, and sent His Son as the propitiation concerning our sins.

Beloved, since God so loved us, then we also ought to love one another.

No one has ever beheld God, if we might love one another, then God remains in us, and His love is completed in us.

In this we know that we remain in Him, and He in us, because He has given us out from His Spirit.

And we have beheld and testify that the Father has sent the Son, the Savior of the world.

Whosoever might confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God remains in Him, and he in God.

And we have known and believed the love which God has in us. God is love, and the one remaining in love remains in God, and God remains in him.

In this, love has been completed with us, in order that we might have boldness in the day of judgment, because just as that One is, so also we are in this world.

There is not fear in love, but complete love casts out fear; because fear has punishment, and the one fearing has not been completed in love.

We love, because He first loved us.

If a certain one might say that, “I love God,” and he might hate his brother, then he is a liar; for the one not loving his brother whom he has seen, is not able to love God, whom he has not seen.

And this commandment we have from Him, in order that the one loving God might also love his brother.
